This is a Scooter Blenny. He's an adorable saltwater fish, who's only rival in cuteness is a Grunt Sculpin.

Gorgeous! They added the largest aquatic center around the area in Atlanta last year, but I've yet to have a chance to visit. Hope I can manage shots half this nice, well done!
